- Take full ownership to develop 3P (Mall) with Shopee/ Tiki/Lazada to achieve KPIs (Sales, Traffic, Conversion rate, Transactions).
- Support Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) manager in developing a total customer experience (CX) strategy, customer journey, and loyalty program aligned with the overall company direction and business objectives.
- Research market trends and analyze customer behaviors and touch points to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Design monthly promotions with products, price aligned with product marketing teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to support ecommerce sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop customer benefits, loyalty programs, and implement retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Manage media budget with ability to optimize the key investment vs visibility gained from platforms.
- Analyze user behavior data, goals achievement and drop-offs to identify friction areas.
- Collaborate with IT (local, HQ) to oversee the management and enhancement of all digital platforms, focusing on optimizing UI/UX and CX of the Mobile App and E-commerce platform.
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years' experience in CRM and E-commerce industry, focusing on strategy development and digital campaign execution.
- Understanding of
digital marketing platforms and online customer behavior.
