• Sales Tactics
o Develop and execute strategies to pioneer and grow e-commerce sales for the wet wipes brand.
o Craft effective product titles and description (SEO) to increase conversion.
o Implement and optimize strategies (e.g. Livestream, campaigns, KOL engagement) to drive traffic and sales.
o Collaborate with Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok Shop Account Managers to ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and regulations, join campaigns and push sales.
o Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends. Report weekly.
• Daily Maintenance and Orders
o Manage day-to-day operations of online shops, including inventory updates, product listings, and order processing.
o Monitor and optimize product visibility, pricing, and various promotions on e-commerce platforms.
o Work with internal Sales Support and Warehouse teams and external logistics and fulfilment partners (if necessary) to streamline operations.
• Community Support
o Engage with customers on various platforms, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing excellent customer support.
o Grow followers, build and nurture a positive online community around the wet wipes brand.
