1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement an integrated e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's business objectives to maximize sales and profitability across all channels (web/app, marketplaces, livestream).
Pricing tactics for preventing inconsistencies between offline and online platforms
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to inform product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Identify growth opportunities and areas for operational improvement to increase online revenue and enhance customer experience.
Design and execute strategies to acquire, retain, and convert customers from marketplaces to the company's owned digital channels, optimizing long-term customer value.
Lead the planning and execution of business strategies and guide the team to deliver sales targets and brand objectives.
2. Sales & Performance Management
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance, identify sales trends, and implement actions to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including mega campaigns and daily deals, tailored to each channel.
Manage budgets, set KPIs, and develop short-, medium-, and long-term sales plans.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team; foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture.
Drive operational excellence to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize traffic acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing spend.
Coordinate with other departments (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Product, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and new product launches.
Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key e-commerce platform partners (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki, Amazon, etc.).
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on e-commerce sales performance by channel, campaign, and product category.
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to drive growth and efficiency.
Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and customer retention.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or commercial management, ideally in an omnichannel retail environment.
• Proven track record in managing multiple online sales channels and achieving growth targets.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Solid understanding of
digital marketing and performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and P&L management is a strong plus.
