Ecommerce Merchandising & Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Merchandising & Project Manager to join our team in Vietnam. This role will serve as a crucial bridge between our Vietnam and US operations, overseeing merchandising strategies across our eCommerce platforms while ensuring seamless project execution and communication between international teams. While this role will be very detail-oriented initially, this person will ultimately build a team and delegate responsibilities as the business continues to grow.
eCommerce Merchandising Management
• Set up and improve product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms
• Monitor and analyze merchandising metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve product placement and presentation
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure product listings meet brand guidelines and market requirements
• Oversee regular content updates and seasonal campaigns across all eCommerce channels
Project Management
• Manage the end-to-end process from order placement to delivery
• Lead cross-functional projects between Vietnam and US teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress using software
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders in both regions
Cross-Cultural Communication
• Act as the primary liaison between Vietnam and US teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on objectives
• Bridge cultural differences and time zones to maintain productive working relationships
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practices sharing between regional teams
• Ensure clear documentation and translation of key processes and requirements
