Manage day‐to‐day office administration & human resource activities.
Working liaise with government agencies and external partners as needed.
Represent the leadership team in welcoming and hosting customers visiting the factory as needed
Potentially serve as the company's legal representative in the future.
Undertake other HR or administrative tasks as assigned.
IT support in Vietnam, in coordination with the vendor as needed
Requirement
Male or female, aged 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher
8-10 years of experience in a similar role; prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‐solving skills.
Experience interacting with government bodies.
