Eduwing Global places candidates into vocational training (Ausbildung) and skilled worker positions in Germany. We are a specialist institute, focused only one the German market. We are a results oriented, international team from North America, Europe and Asia.
We are hiring an experienced consultant to handle inbound candidate enquiries and close them.
What this role is
You receive a consistent flow of qualified leads from paid advertising, our website, and events. You are not cold calling and you are not responsible for generating your own pipeline. Your job is to consult, qualify, and close.
The sales cycle runs 2 to 12 weeks. Most contact happens by phone, Zalo, and Facebook Messenger, with in-office consultations for serious candidates and their families.
Responsibilities
Respond to and qualify inbound leads across Zalo, Facebook, and phone
Run consultations with candidates and families, in office and remotely
Explain program structure, costs, timelines, and realistic outcomes accurately
Manage a personal pipeline and follow up consistently until a decision is reached
Support candidates through contract signing and handover to the admin team
Requirements
Proven experience closing packages of 100 million VND or above (education, real estate, insurance, or similar considered)
Strong phone and chat communication, specifically Zalo and Facebook Messenger
Discipline in follow-up
Willingness to work on site in District 6
Advantages

Experience in study abroad, labour export, or German language programs
Existing understanding of the German Ausbildung or skilled worker pathways
Compensation
Base salary 10 to 15+ million VND per month, depending on experience
Commission 10 to 30 million VND per month and above, uncapped
13th month salary
Realistic first-year total for a consistent performer: 300 to 500 million VND

Working conditions
Core hours are 8:30 to 17:30, on site. Candidates and their families are usually only available in the evenings and at weekends, so the role requires flexibility outside core hours.
