Advise students and parents on suitable courses and study paths.
Follow up with leads and support them through the enrollment process.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese (written & spoken).
Customer service mindset and passion for education.
Familiar with using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) professionally.
Basic design skills (e.g. Canva) or video editing are a plus.
Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience in CRM systems and digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Zoom) is an advantage
Preferred:
Prior experience in education consulting or student recruitment.
Understanding of the Vietnamese education market and/or international education pathways.
Creative thinking and willingness to contribute new ideas for fanpage growth.
