EHS Officer

As an EHS Officer, you will oversee environmental compliance, workplace safety, and sustainability initiatives across the plant. You will play a key role in implementing ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and CSR/RBA requirements while ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
• Act as a management representative, leading environmental and safety audits while reporting findings.
• Define and execute implementation plans for environmental and safety compliance, including internal and external audits.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise waste treatment and disposal suppliers to ensure legal compliance.
• Serve as a member of the 5S and CSR, RBA committee, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Act as a safety officer within the plant and support cross-plant initiatives for horizontal expansion.
• Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver training plans for employees and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and safety goals.
• Support Molex's Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
