Ensure all ES licenses to be obtained and in valid
Ensure the ES strategy, standard and procedures to be documented and maintained as per requirements
Operation system continuous Improvement
Drive the programs of Global system - Safety & Environment Pillars
Improve the Safety Culture and Behavior in the brewery
Coordinate to achieve PSM compliance for the brewery
Safe Operation
Work as solution provider to safety, environment, and security problems.
Ensure the safety operation implementation properly applied
Drive KPI to achieve the expectation
People management
Effectively manage the Emergency Response Team, Safety Committee and Contractors according to the brewery standards and regulatory
Build and develop ES team in a proactive manner
Ensure the competency of human resource in ES
Develop and deliver environment and safety trainings in the brewery
Ensure safety trainings complied with regulatory
Ensure the CSR role and sustainability strategy: Drive Environmental & Safety Campaigns, Events & CSR
