Damen Song Cam Shipyard Co., Ltd is a joint venture between Damen Shipyards Group (Netherlands) and Song Cam Shipyard (Vietnam), located in Hai Phong City. The shipyard specializes in outfitting, commissioning and delivering tugboats and workboats for customers worldwide and is continuously expanding its production capacity.

Purpose and Scope of the Job / Mục tiêu công việc
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of electrical, automation, and navigation systems for new build, modified, and standard vessels. Ensure engineering deliverables are completed in compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, project schedules, and budgets. Support production, testing, commissioning, and vessel delivery activities.
Tham gia thiết kế, phát triển và triển khai các hệ thống điện, tự động hóa và hàng hải cho các dự án đóng mới, cải hoán và tàu tiêu chuẩn. Đảm bảo các hồ sơ kỹ thuật được hoàn thành đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, tiến độ và ngân sách dự án. Hỗ trợ quá trình sản xuất, thử nghiệm, chạy thử và bàn giao tàu.
Key Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm chính
• Design and develop electrical drawings using AutoCAD and Cadmatic, including cable trays, cable routing, and onboard electrical equipment layouts/ Thiết kế và triển khai các bản vẽ điện bằng AutoCAD và Cadmatic, bao gồm máng cáp, tuyến cáp và bố trí thiết bị điện trên tàu.
• Review design packages, identify technical issues, and propose appropriate engineering solutions/ Kiểm tra hồ sơ thiết kế, phát hiện các vấn đề kỹ thuật và đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp.
• Provide technical support during production and resolve engineering issues arising during construction/ Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho sản xuất và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình thi công.
• Coordinate with QC, suppliers, and other departments to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met/ Phối hợp với bộ phận QC, nhà cung cấp và các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo yêu cầu dự án và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
• Participate in FAT, HAT, SAT, commissioning activities, and sea trials/ Tham gia nghiệm thu thiết bị, chạy thử tại xưởng, thử nghiệm trên tàu và chạy thử trên biển.
• Verify compliance between engineering documents and actual installation/ Đảm bảo việc lắp đặt thực tế phù hợp với hồ sơ thiết kế.
• Support technical supervision at the shipyard and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives/ Tham gia giám sát kỹ thuật tại nhà máy và đề xuất các sáng kiến cải tiến nhằm nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả công việc.
