About the role
We are seeking Electronics Engineers to design and integrate electronic subsystems into hardware products. This role focuses on microcontroller-based circuits, sensor integration, communication interfaces, and working at the intersection of hardware and firmware.
Key responsibilities
Design electronic circuits including microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and communication modules
Develop hardware architectures for embedded systems and IoT devices
Collaborate with embedded engineers to define hardware-firmware interfaces
Create PCB designs using Altium Designer or KiCad for prototype and production builds
Perform component selection, BOM management, and cost optimisation
Bring up new hardware, debug signal integrity issues, and validate designs against requirements
Write hardware test plans and assist in EVT/DVT/PVT validation stages
Contribute to electrical design reviews and support DFM activities with CM partners
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
3+ years of hands-on electronics product development experience
Strong experience with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, NXP, or similar)
Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer or KiCad)
Experience with communication protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, USB, CAN
Good understanding of signal integrity, grounding, and noise reduction techniques
Ability to read datasheets and application notes; strong troubleshooting skills
Nice to have
Experience with FPGA or CPLD design (Xilinx, Intel/Altera)
Knowledge of RF electronics or antenna design
Exposure to RTOS-based firmware development
Experience with JTAG/SWD debugging and hardware emulators
This is an on-site position paying up to VND48,000,000 per month.
