SOLAZU is a leading IT outsourcing company that provides innovative and high-quality IT solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for a talented Email Marketing to drive our company's marketing strategies, focusing on the global B2B market.
Job Description:
Plan and execute Email Marketing campaigns to enhance engagement with current customers and attract potential clients in the international B2B market.
Analyze data and optimize Email Marketing campaigns, including setting up and tracking key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Manage and segment email lists according to customer profiles, ensuring that messages are tailored to the target audience.
Create compelling and professional email content, collaborating with the Content and Design teams to ensure quality and consistency.
Utilize Email Marketing tools and platforms (such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar tools) to automate and personalize campaigns.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of Email Marketing campaigns, proposing improvements to enhance performance.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Email Marketing, particularly in the international B2B environment.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of Email Marketing principles and strategies.
Proficient in using popular Email Marketing tools.
Skilled in data analysis and campaign optimization based on actual results.
Proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred: Background in the IT industry or experience working in a marketing agency.
Ability to work independently and creatively in developing Email Marketing strategies.
