KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
1. Patient Examination and Consultation/ Thăm khám, chẩn đoán và tư vấn bệnh nhân
Conduct clinical examinations, obtain medical histories, and assess patients' overall health conditions./
Thực hiện khám lâm sàng, khai thác bệnh sử và đánh giá tình trạng sức khỏe của người bệnh.
Diagnose, treat, and monitor endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, dyslipidemia, obesity, and other endocrine conditions./
Chẩn đoán, điều trị và theo dõi các bệnh lý Nội tiết - Chuyển hóa như đái tháo đường, bệnh lý tuyến giáp, rối loạn lipid máu, béo phì và các rối loạn nội tiết khác.
Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging results to support diagnosis and treatment./
Chỉ định và phân tích kết quả xét nghiệm, chẩn đoán hình ảnh phục vụ chẩn đoán và điều trị.
Prescribe medications, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patients' responses to treatment./
Kê đơn thuốc, xây dựng kế hoạch điều trị và theo dõi đáp ứng điều trị của người bệnh.
Provide counseling on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, complication prevention, and chronic disease management./
Tư vấn chế độ dinh dưỡng, sinh hoạt, phòng ngừa biến chứng và quản lý bệnh lý mạn tính.
Accurately document, update, and maintain patients' medical records, examination results, and treatment information./
Ghi chép, cập nhật và quản lý đầy đủ hồ sơ bệnh án, kết quả khám và thông tin điều trị.
Provide consultation on laboratory test results and healthcare guidance via telephone in accordance with Company procedures./
Tư vấn kết quả xét nghiệm và hướng dẫn chăm sóc sức khỏe qua điện thoại theo quy trình của Công ty.
2. Medical Compliance/
Tuân thủ quy trình chuyên môn:
Comply with clinical treatment guidelines, medical procedures, patient safety regulations, and medical information confidentiality requirements./
Tuân thủ phác đồ điều trị, quy trình khám chữa bệnh, quy định về an toàn người bệnh và bảo mật thông tin y tế.
Identify and coordinate the initial management of medical emergencies within the scope of professional practice when necessary./
Phát hiện và phối hợp xử trí các tình huống cấp cứu trong phạm vi chuyên môn khi cần thiết.
3. Internal Collaboration/

Collaborate with the Laboratory and Medical Marketing teams in developing and reviewing medical content and supporting the development of specialized healthcare services./
Phối hợp với Laboratory và Medical Marketing trong việc xây dựng, kiểm duyệt nội dung y khoa và phát triển dịch vụ chuyên khoa.
Cooperate with the Branch Operations and Customer Service departments to improve service quality and customer satisfaction./
Phối hợp với Branch Operations và Customer Service nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
4. Professional Development/
Đào tạo và phát triển chuyên môn
Proactively update specialized medical knowledge, participate in continuing medical education (CME), and engage in professional quality improvement activities./
Chủ động cập nhật kiến thức chuyên ngành, tham gia đào tạo liên tục và các hoạt động nâng cao chất lượng chuyên môn.
Perform other related duties as reasonably assigned by the direct manager and/or the Company, in line with professional expertise, competency, and operational requirements./
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ liên quan khác theo sự phân công hợp lý của quản lý trực tiếp và/hoặc Công ty, phù hợp với chuyên môn, năng lực và yêu cầu vận hành.
REQUIREMENTS/YÊU CẦU
Medical degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with a Specialist Level I qualification, a Master's degree, or other postgraduate qualifications in Endocrinology./
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Y khoa; ưu tiên ứng viên có bằng Bác sĩ Chuyên khoa I, Thạc sĩ hoặc trình độ sau đại học chuyên ngành Nội tiết.
Possess a valid medical practice license appropriate to the position and scope of practice, in accordance with current regulations./
Có giấy phép hành nghề khám bệnh, chữa bệnh phù hợp với vị trí và phạm vi chuyên môn theo quy định hiện hành.
Have at least one year of clinical experience in Endocrinology at a hospital, specialty clinic, or other healthcare facility./
Có tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm khám chữa bệnh chuyên khoa Nội tiết tại bệnh viện, phòng khám chuyên khoa hoặc cơ sở y tế.
Be proficient in clinical examination, diagnosis, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and monitoring treatment for common endocrine disorders./
Thành thạo thăm khám, chẩn đoán, chỉ định xét nghiệm, kê đơn và theo dõi điều trị các bệnh lý nội tiết thường gặp.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders./
Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về chẩn đoán, điều trị và quản lý các bệnh lý Nội tiết - Chuyển hóa
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English./
