Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK's 1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK , Pakistan , and Vietnam . Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from 500K ARR to 35M+ ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people.
Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners - a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software.
This investment includes over 100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI-first roadmap , expanding our platform into CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Engineering Leader , you'll be at the forefront of bridging leadership with execution. You will lead a talented pod of software engineers, ensuring the seamless delivery of product features while fostering a culture of collaboration, engineering excellence, and effective AI-assisted development practices.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, steering your team through the development journey and overseeing releases.
Your role involves working closely with stakeholders, helping transform innovative ideas into customer-ready features while nurturing and guiding your team's growth.
You'll take charge of executing the roadmap at the pod level , ensuring your team delivers according to plan - with your team leveraging AI coding assistants and agentic workflows as a core part of how work gets done.
WHAT YOUR MAIN FOCUS WILL BE :
People & Delivery Leadership
Lead, guide and inspire a pod of skilled engineers, fostering collaboration and a customer-centric mindset.
Set clear goals, expectations, and delivery standards for the pod.
Monitor pod progress, provide timely updates, and proactively escalate risks to keep projects on track.
Coach team members on both engineering craft and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
Execution & AI-Driven Delivery
Execute the engineering roadmap at the pod level by translating release plans into actionable tasks while overseeing the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Champion the adoption of AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows within the pod to improve delivery speed and code quality.
Facilitate the connection between development, QA, and product feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment.
Technical Contribution & Quality
Engage in coding best practices through peer reviews and adherence to engineering standards, including standards for responsible and effective AI-assisted coding.
