Engineering Team Lead(Fluent English)

Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to lead a cross-functional engineering team of up to 10 members, working across backend, mobile, AI, QA, DevOps, and cardiac integration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of up to 10 engineers across multiple technical functions.
Work closely with the client on project planning, task breakdown, and effort estimation.
Oversee code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and engineering best practices.
Participate in technical interviews and support team expansion.
Coordinate daily with the US-based team and proactively resolve project blockers.
Ensure compliance with data-access policies and security requirements.
🔹 Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing 5+ engineers.
3+ years of direct collaboration with international clients.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React or React Native, and backend technologies such as [protected info], Python, or Go.
Experience with AWS cloud applications and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or fintech software.
Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 compliance.
Experience working with AI-powered applications or Large Language Models (LLMs).
