Mô tả công việc
Design and deliver English language courses tailored to various proficiency levels (based on CEFR) and employee needs (e.g., General English, Technical English, Business English).
Conduct English language instruction through diverse formats, including one-on-one sessions, small groups, and classroom settings.
Administer English language proficiency assessments to candidates as part of the recruitment procedures.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active student participation and interaction.
Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer timely support.
Evaluate student learning outcomes through tests and in-class activities.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, English Linguistics, or a related field.
Certification: Possession of an international English language teaching certification such as TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is advantageous.
Experience: Proven experience in teaching English to adults; prior experience working within corporate or organizational settings is preferred.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and effective information delivery skills.
Competencies: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Attributes: Enthusiastic, responsible, and possesses a strong learning aptitude.
Preferred: Candidates with experience working in the technology sector or possessing knowledge of technical/IT-related English terminology will be given preference.
