Mô tả công việc
Cognita Schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment. Safer recruitment practice and pre-employment background checks will be undertaken before any appointment is confirmed.
Position Objective:
The core purpose of the role of an Enrollment Advisor is -
- The Enrollment Advisor is responsible for reviewing applications, including assessments and coordination with internal and external parties to ensure that movement of families through the admissions process is quick and efficient.
- To convert applications into offers, helping drive new enrolments
- Assist in the withdrawal process of students who are leaving the school
Responsibilities:
The Enrollment Advisor reports directly to the Director of Admissions and Market Growth, and performs a full range of duties, including but not limited to:
Admissions
- Responsible for the application to the enrollment process for prospective families.
- Review direct applications and work closely with families to collect all required documentation.
- Organize the EAL and MAP Tests by coordinating with families and teachers for EAL and admissions testing appointments
- Accept Application Forms for new admissions and check them for appropriate information.
- Liaise between Accounting, current and new families and companies for submission of outstanding re-registration and Application Fees
- Assist the Enrollment specialist with supporting Withdrawing families to obtain the necessary withdrawal documents and/or as required by the school as required.
- Assist the Enrollment specialist with supporting current and withdrawn families in getting copies of School Reports as required.
- Completes monthly training to enhance ISHCMC knowledge, soft skills, service skills, and collaboration skills
- Attend all admissions/ marketing events to support prospective families with questions about ISHCMC.
- Set weekly/monthly personal offer and data accuracy targets
- Any other requirements deemed necessary by the Director of Admissions & Market Growth
The success of this role is measured by the number and proportion of opportunities that progress to offer and enrollment status, the level of customer service provided, the speed and efficiency of the application handling process to ultimately provide a seamless admissions experience to prospective parents and students.
The job holder's responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School's Child Protection Officer/Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head of indeed to the Regional CEP so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third party services.
