V.F.R is a fine-furniture manufacturer in Binh Duong. We are looking for an HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety & Environment across our plant and build a safe, compliant and sustainable workplace for our people.
Location: 47/4 DT743, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong, Vietnam
Reports to: HR Director

Key Responsibilities
Develop the plant-wide HSE plan and put it into practice
Set up documents and records for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Work with each department on regular risk assessments of equipment, production processes and the work environment
Design and deliver occupational safety and health training for workers and managers
Work with government agencies and contractors to keep all operations compliant with the law
Own the key HSE indicators: work accident rate, fire safety and chemical safety
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, or Occupational Safety & Health
Formal training in safety management
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant; wood industry experience is a strong plus
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese HSE laws and ISO standards
Strong leadership, coaching, supervision and presentation skills
Works well with all departments and outside agencies, independently and under pressure
English is an advantage
