Mô tả công việc
The person will be responsible for occupational health & safety and adequate environmental assurance measures at all facilities of the Medochemie (Far East), including the following
- To lead hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) for all departments and establish guidelines for protection from these hazards/ risk
- To monitor existing and potential environmental concerns and recommend priorities for resolution
- Waste management
- To coordinate with supplier to implement pest control
- Contractor management
- To perform periodical trainings, assessments/audits and continuing educational programs
- To coordinate with all departments and external consultants to ensure consistent understanding and compliance with EHS requirements for all staffs and contractors
- To monitor periodic performance reports for trends and conditions and alerts management to problems
- To follow up audit program for compliance with company standards, government regulations
- To investigate incident, occupational accidents and recommends corrective action
- To be involved in the development projects of the company, on EHS Issues
- To perform any other duties are assigned from the superior.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor in Environmental Management/ Environmental Technology
- At least 2 year experience in Environment, Health and Safety Management in Manufacturing Factory. Substantial experience with the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
- Fluently in English.
