EQuest is currently one of the largest private education institutions in Vietnam with more than 120,000 students enrolled annually in our member schools, including K-12 schools, universities and vocational institutions, foreign language schools, as well as various Edtech platforms.
Why we need you: As our organization grows, we are seeking a Executive, Admin to strengthen our administrative capabilities:
What You'll Do:
Responsible for managing the shared assets of the entire workplace in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises at all times.
Manage the procurement of office supplies, water, and tools for employees.
Issue employee ID cards for new hires or when changes occur.
Prepare meeting rooms upon request.
Arrange company vehicles or transportation as requested by employees.
Book flights and hotels for employees on business trips.
Manage suppliers and handle administrative expenses.
Participate in organizing team-building activities and annual events for the Corporation.
Take responsibility for office renovation projects, office relocation, or projects related to the working environment of employees.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
Assist with other assigned tasks from management upon request.
