Mô tả công việc
• Improve SMT production line performance, including yield rate, equipment downtime, material wastage, and CPH (components per hour).
• Analyze defects after reflow (post-oven), TEST, and SYS stages, and implement preventive improvements.
• Provide technical support during line changeovers to ensure efficiency improvement.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) debugging, defect analysis, and follow up on improvement actions in coordination with other teams.
• Perform equipment maintenance, servicing, and CMK calibration.
• Prepare SOP/MOI documentation and conduct operator training.
Yêu cầu
• College diploma or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Automation, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance; familiar with operation, maintenance, and calibration of SMT equipment, especially Panasonic NPM series (NPM-D3/TT2/-W2, SPG/-2), DEK printers, GKK, and Heller reflow ovens (1936 MK5 / 2043 / 2047).
• Proficient in common office software such as Outlook, Office, and CAM350 or related tools.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in project teams.
• Proficient English (Chinese is strongly preferred).
