Mô tả công việc
Địa điểm làm việc: Lô P1, Khu Công nghiệp Thăng Long, Xã Võng La, Huyện Đông Anh, Thành Phố Hà Nội (Có xe đưa đón từ nội thành)
* JOB PURPOSE:
• Achieving the yearly equipment sales target set for 3 offices (Hanoi HQ, Danang Branch and HCM branch);
• Developing new customers (end users and EPC contractors) and maintaining existing customers to expand equipment sales business;
• QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery schedule) and inventory control;
• Preparing documents (presentation, test proposal, test report, quotation, contract, etc.);
• Cooperation with manufacturers and fabricators;
• Necessary information collection from customers, suppliers, national government, local government, related authorities etc.;
• Preparation of necessary application and to get approval from the concerning authorities;
• Controlling documents and filing system for equipment sales section;
• Support supervisor (general director) in equipment sales & marketing in Vietnam.
• Cooperate with all other related departments
• Supervise staffs in Equipment sales department
* Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Order:
• Achieve the Sales revenue
• Develop new customers (both of end users and EPC contractors) and maintain existing customers
• Prepare presentation, visit plans and report.
• Approach & present information to customers about the company's products (GK-Thickener, GK-DAF, GK-KTM, GK-Volute, Deodorization System, Turbo blower, A/C recycling, etc.) and services, including preparation of test plan and test report.
• Preparing and submitting quotation to customers.
• Maintain and create relationships with customers.
• Survey market and report to General Director.
• Preparing new brochure, catalog of equipment
• Find and develop new selling products, OEM etc.
- QCD Control, supply chain management:
• Quality control of all equipment
• Delivery control of all equipment
• Negotiation with suppliers/manufactures/fabricators
• Inventory control
• Training on operation and safety for commissioning staff and customers
• Developing new suppliers, fabricators
- Profit Awareness:
• Maintain operating profit
• Negotiate with customers on price and service
- Customer Satisfaction:
• Take good care of customers.
• Immediate response to customer complaints and comments.
• Keep on time appointments.
• Coordinate and communicate correct customer's inquiry to engineering department.
- Self-development:
• Initiative and improve own work process and cross functional with other section to achieve company objectives.
• Strictly follow law and regulation, make periodical report to be in line
• Performing the jobs assigned by superior.

Yêu cầu
* Education Background:
• At least Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, business administration, commerce, or economics
• MBA holder is preferable
* Professional Experiences (advantage)
• Understanding of plant or mechanical sales procedure (B to B)
• Relationship with EPC Contractors
• Knowledge on mechanical and electrical equipment
• Knowledge on water and wastewater treatment
• Working Experience in mechanical equipment sales, water & wastewater treatment works in private/domestic sectors
• Deeply known marketing way
