Mô tả Công việc
Provide support for usage of ERP system and other business software applications in the company; and co-ordinate with software providers to ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.
Setup and configure the system, import master data when required for new business
Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
Prepare relevant and appropriate documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams and system specifications.
Function as a project co-ordinator (coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources) when required to ensure successful project delivery.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or other related fields.
Min. 2 years of experience in ERP application support with a global ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle.
Hands-on experience and strong knowledge in SQL database.
Hands-on experience and knowledge in Power BI Report is a plus.
Possesses good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels. Good English communication skills is an advantage.
Demonstrates analytical and multi-tasking capabilities.
Able to work independently, be a good team player
