The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Manager to plan, design, implement, and support ERP solutions for Y4A.
The ERP Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
The primary responsibility will be to create and implement project management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and use and minimize resistance. The ERP Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
ERP Program Governance & Strategy
- Own program charter/OKRs; align to strategic goals;
- Define scope/priorities & stage-gates; chair steering inputs; ensure business alignment.
Delivery Management (Discovery → Adoption)
- Apply PM framework/tools; baseline scope/schedule/ budget/quality; track benefits;
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery across phases.
Roadmap & Integration Architecture
- Build short/long-term roadmap; blueprint E2E processes;
- Define integration patterns/data flows; sequence releases; manage dependencies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Stakeholder map; engagement plan; yearly comms calendar;
- Audience-based messaging; track reach/sentiment; exec talking points.
Change Management, Training & Adoption
- Impact analysis & readiness; role mapping;
- Curricula & playbooks (LMS); pilots/UAT.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Build/maintain strong vendor & partner relationships;
- Select/onboard; define SOW/SLA/penalties; QBRs; acceptance criteria; manage change orders.
Business & Operations Process Alignment
- Coordinate business/ operational systems & processes to support strategic goals;
- Partner cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks; "connect the dots" using cross-knowledge.
Operational Performance Monitoring & Issue Management
- Plan/monitor/analyze day-to-day KPIs;
- Define success metrics; monitor change progress; track/report issues;
- Drive continuous improvement; escalate P1.
Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 07-10 years of collective experience in building ERP systems, with 05 years working with ERP implementation in specially with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience with large-scale, cross-functional project implementations.
- Experience working with external vendors or partners for ERP implementation is essential.
- Extensive project management experience in joint business and technical environments.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Technical Expertise:
- A solid understanding of how people go through project implementation and the change process.
- Great data analytical skills to assess the performance of people, processes, and systems.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system and process challenges.
- Ability to effectively and impactfully communicate across all levels from the front line to the executive team.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence people from different levels of the organization.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business/Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are a plus, but not required.
