About the job
We are currently pursuing a Energy Storage Infrastructure/Solutions for Electric Vehicles (ESEV) Segment Lead, North America. As an integral member of the Polarium North America team, you will be responsible for defining ESEV requirements, designing optimal solutions to meet them, and providing expertise to support buildout of charging projects. You will be a focal point across the company for expertise on ESEV configuration & optimization.

The ESEV Segment Lead, North America can be based anywhere in the U.S. In this role you will be expected to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide energy storage infrastructure for electric transportation and other forms of clean transportation (collectively, EV) customer segment toward increased revenue, earnings, and customer loyalty
- Set sales targets, deploy sales strategies, and achieve annual sales plans
- Champion segment opportunity with customers, stakeholders, policy makers, and internal business partners
- Advance and balance long-term interests in rapidly changing technology and market space
- Responsible for developing and implementing ESEV segment strategy and plans
- Provide clear and effective communication of the organization's vision, mission, and key objectives to support larger jurisdictional and enterprise goals
- Establish and communicate clear performance expectations
- Foster a culture consistent with our values: trustworthy, safe, collaborative, and connected
- Act as Business Area liaison with key customers, stakeholders, policy makers, and internal business partners
- Ensure programs and services meet sales targets, serve customer needs, and are delivered on time/on budget
- Responsible for leading the development of sound business cases that help meet product growth, profitability, and customer service targets.
Qualification and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Product Marketing or business development/planning experience, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years relevant utility experience, product management/marketing or similar experience, including 5 years of organizational leadership
- Demonstrated leadership and operational capabilities
- Successful track record implementing strategies that cross enterprises, business units and professional disciplines
- Proven ability to engage with executive leadership and policy makers
