Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Event Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate, plan, and execute marketing campaigns and internal/external events.
Content Creation: Develop engaging video & digital content for VSHR Pro Academy's products, services, and events.
Social Media Marketing: Design and post content across social media platforms to promote campaigns and events.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Video Production: Script, edit, and produce video content, aligned with company trends and event needs.
SEO Optimization: Ensure that campaign and event-related digital content is optimized for search engines.
Innovation & Ideation: Generate fresh ideas to boost engagement and visibility for both campaigns and events.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends to support content creation and event strategies.
Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign and event execution.
