Job Description

- Receive briefs from clients/department heads.
- Proactively contact clients to gather/additional information and implement work.
- Directly or in collaboration with the content/design/production department to develop
concepts, ideas for proposals, and budget estimates, providing suitable recommendations and
advice for each event as per client briefs.
- Send internal plans/quotations to the department head/BOD as per regulations before sending
to clients by the required deadline.
- Receive and respond to feedback and adjustments from the department head/BOD, ensuring
that the ideas and proposed plans are accepted by the client.
- Directly manage/coordinate/take responsibility for implementing the assigned project,
collaborating with other departments to ensure the plan is executed in the best way.
- Responsible for reporting to the client/department head, contract settlement, and assisting the
accounting department in collecting receivables from clients after the program ends.
- Collaborate with accounting to complete document procedures and internal settlement with the
company.
- Build relationships with existing clients and expand care for new clients.
- Seek and expand relationships with the best quality suppliers suitable for each type of event.
- Proactively update the latest information in the event industry.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the department head and management.

Job Requirements

- Graduated from college/university in Marketing/Public Relations/Event Organization and related
fields with a development orientation in the event sector.
- At least 02 years of experience in a similar position, having worked in agencies is an advantage.
- Strong expertise, knowledge, and work processes to provide the best and most feasible solutions to
persuade clients.
- Complete assigned tasks according to the deadline/requirements of the department head/client.
- Good communication and presentation skills, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially PowerPoint & Excel).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Proficient in using online Google tools.
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure, efficiently connecting departments to successfully
execute event tasks.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Quick, alert, with good information systems skills, careful; highly disciplined.
- Have a progressive spirit, honesty.
- Eager to learn, enhance/improve knowledge to serve the job well.
