Job Purpose
Support the Marketing team in executing campaigns, developing content, conducting market research, coordinating events, and handling administrative tasks to strengthen brand and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Create and edit content for social media, website, email, and internal communications.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
- Assist in managing social media channels and monitoring campaign performance.
- Support marketing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing documents, databases, and administrative records.
Success Profile
Education
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- Previous internship, student projects, club activities, or freelance marketing experience is an advantage.
- Experience managing social media platforms is a plus.
Required Skills
Marketing & Content
- Basic copywriting and content creation skills.
- Understanding of branding and marketing communications.
Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Research & Analytics
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze market information.
- Basic reporting and data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
Other Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
