Executive Assistant (distillery and production)

To effectively communicate to the distillery team the operational requirements determined by the Master Distiller, the executive assistant will become familiar with all the duties of a Distillery Operator and distillery processes. (Training will be provided)
General entry into the production management system of materials received and shipped.
Manage the Master Distiller's schedules, calendars, and appointments.
Order distillery production supplies as directed.
Track invoices and payables.
Assist Master Distiller in budgeting and assembling and preparing financial and regulatory reports.
Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized.
Other duties may be assigned from time to time by the Master Distiller.
