Mô tả công việc
To work closely with Regional HR team to support recruitment operations activities i.e., publish advertisements, schedules and organizes interviews, prepare labour contracts.
To be responsible for recruitment & resignation administration support i.e. staff on boarding preparation, employee social insurances enrolment/termination, coordinate new staff orientation programme etc.
To manage and maintain new hires & resignees data for payroll administration.
To liaise with Regional HR team to maintain and regularly update HR TimeTec system employee database, employee personal file and ensure HR documentations are in place.
To assist in publishing new hires announcement & update organization charts.
To facilitate employee's probation and annual performance review.
To assist in HR audit compliance exercise.
To assist and support Regional HR team in employer branding initiatives & campus recruitment.
To support employees learning & development initiatives.
To assist part of the overall Innity's HR transformation program which includes (but not limited to) governance HR operations and Talent Acquisition.
To assist Regional HRBP in coordination any new improvements and development of activities relating to HR administration matters.
To be responsible for all office administration tasks, and involve in employee engagement activities, such as organizing team gathering.
To work proactively with management to uphold a positive environment.
To be additional responsibilities as and when instructed by the management.

Yêu cầu
Graduated with Human Resource or Business Administration program
Possess min 2 years of related working experience, preferably with 1-year hands-on experience in a wide spectrum of human resources functions including payroll administration
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Mature, self-motivated, disciplined, work credibleand reliable
Excellent in English written and communication skills
A good knowledge of people management, well-versed with Vietnam Labour Law
The flexibility to work over a number of projects and able to multitask.
Possess min 2 years of related working experience, preferably with 1-year hands-on experience in a wide spectrum of human resources functions including payroll administration
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
