English is required for communication
3+ years of experience in high-level thumbnail design for YouTube or viral content.
Mastery of Photoshop with an expert understanding of lighting, composition, and visual effects.
AI Expertise: Experience using AI tools to enhance and generate assets for thumbnails.
Deep knowledge of YouTube trends and how thumbnails impact CTR (Click-Through Rate).
A strong portfolio that showcases viral-worthy thumbnails (must be included in your application).
Ability to work fast and efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality.
Experience working in a fast-paced content production team is a plus.
