Mô tả công việc
• Work directly with shipping lines, oversea agents, and service providers to arrange space and bookings; monitor vessel schedules/Flight and freight rates.
• Process and check export documents including Bill of Lading (B/L), Debit Note, Shipping Advice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.
• Coordinate with customers to update shipment information and resolve issues arising during the export process.
• Track shipment progress from booking through to final delivery, ensuring timelines and customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with related departments (accounting, sales, customs agency...) to ensure smooth export operations.
• Maintain and manage records and documents related to export shipments.
• Report work progress regularly to management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's/College degree in Import-Export, Logistics, Foreign Trade Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a Forwarding/Logistics company.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate with overseas partners/customers.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel.
• Good understanding of export procedures and export documentation (B/L, Debit Note, Shipping Advice, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Eager to learn, with good teamwork skills.
• Japanese language ability is a plus.
