Mô tả công việc
- Actively explore and develop new markets/new customers through the internet and online commercial (B2B) websites as the company's target.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial websites to find out potential customers.
- Analyze and identify potential markets/customers to discuss and negotiate to get the successful contract, PO.
- Directly deal with the potential customers until the end of the transaction. (receive order or stop proceeding transaction when the customers are evaluated as not potential).
- Have knowledge of Incoterms 2010 and Incoterms 2020: calculate prices and discuss with customers.
- Promote sales and develop customer systems by participating in fairs, conferences, events, etc.
- Arrange meeting schedules and welcome customers to work in the office or visit the factory.
- Take care of shipment: contacting shipping line/agent, bank, inspection Company, and other relevant organizations.
- Closely working with related departments to follow up and ensure the ordering, production, and goods delivery are in process.
- Other relevant jobs: prepare shipping documents.
- Doing reports weekly.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University-College degree: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Trading, etc.
- English communication skills.
- MS Office: proficient.
- At least 1 year of experience within a similar position.
- Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Sales skills, high sense of responsibility, good team spirit, driven and target oriented.
