Mô tả công việc
I. Mission/ Position Summary - Purpose and Objectives of the Role
• The key focus of the Brand Manager is to support the overall management of the EssilorLuxottica frame brand development plan, whilst coordinating with commercial team to deliver annual budget and category growth as well as ensuring to manage doors quality (Non-Fake) and brand visibility as per global guidelines.
II. Scope of Business / Function - Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities
• The Brand Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of key projects as: POSM execution, Key accounts support, Event organization...., as well as the achievement of commercial objectives and marketing budget management.
• Manage B2B & B2C marketing activities including but not limited to events, activations, branding, merchandising, etc.
• Managing doors profile quality & manage to open new brands to eyewear shops to ensure supporting selling genuine customers.
• Developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.
• Focus on achieving commercial objectives and brand business objectives in the short and long term.
• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports
• Frequent domestic or oversea travel required (Monthly on basic)

Yêu cầu
Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing or any related fields
At least 03 years of relevant working experience in a similar position and functions in foreign companies
Understanding of the Optical industry is a plus
Maturity in thought with strong ability to persuade and influence.
Strong energy and drive are critical
Work passion as well positive drive
Able to maintain composure in a stressful and demanding work environment
Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
Advanced negotiation, influencing abilities
Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships
Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing
At least 05 years of relevant working experience in Marketing with at least 03 years of Marketing Management of multi-national company's environment
At least 03 years of relevant working experience in a similar position and functions in foreign companies
Understanding of the Optical industry is a plus
