f&b Hostess

- Ensure high level of personal appearance,
- Ensure the high level of cleanliness in the restaurants and restaurant entrance area makes sure that it is kept in a hygienic and organized, welcome manner.
-Ensure that cupboards and working tables / stations are kept clean at all times.
-Record bookings and coordinates with the supervisor in assigning tables for the group and individuals.
-Ensure efficient and timely information about bookings to the F&B office.
-Welcome every person entering the restaurant.
-Inquiries about assistance needed, seating preferences (smoking - no smoking area, window, inside or outside etc.), guides the guest to tables, provides accurate information about the menu and special food promotions and make sure the new arrived guests are immediately recognized by the service staff.
-Follow up and check on promotional activities and up selling if any , decorates the restaurant if required and coordinates with the F&B office.
-Greets every guest leaving the restaurant, inquiries about the guest satisfaction and offers invitation to visit again.
-Provides Professional feed back to the Supervisor and the FB Director.
-Participates in service meetings and other meeting whenever is required.
-Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
