Mô tả công việc
Supervise daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, promotions, VIP guests, and service updates.
Ensure all service standards, grooming standards, and SOPs are strictly followed.
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely food and beverage service.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
Support upselling initiatives and promote menu knowledge within the team.
Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Ensure accurate use of POS systems and proper billing procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP).
Monitor operating equipment and report maintenance issues when necessary.
Assist in scheduling and roster planning when assigned.
Lead by example by providing hands-on service during peak periods.
Other Tasks assign by Superior / Managers.

Yêu cầu
Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 2 years of F&B service experience, including at least 1 year in a senior waiter/waitress or captain role.
Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in POS systems and basic MS Office.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong customer service mindset with a "Yes, I can do" spirit.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 2 years of F&B service experience, including at least 1 year in a senior waiter/waitress or captain role.
Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
