Mô tả công việc
1/ Job Description:
1.1/ Facilities Operations:
- Manage leasing contracts and work with landlords for all issues regarding office leasing
- Responsible for office for vendor's quality & monthly payment ("PR") as leasing, stationery, taxi, telephone, internet, general office equipment et... ...
- Manage service providers on office operations: security, parking, cleaning, catering
- Overseeing building projects and renovations
- Helping business relocate when needed.
1.2/ Office Administrative
- Be receptionist and telephone operator: Welcome guests, visitors, candidates, new comers and provide related information; Receive, transfer incoming and outgoing call, take message and send to related person
- Send/ collect post mails, fax, documents, reports and distribute to the receivers
- Arrange logistic requirement for meeting when having visitors
- Support for car arrangement service including renting car and taxi fare. Make car and taxi expense report
- Manage finger printers at 2 offices and submit record on monthly basis
- Arrange logistic for domestic and international travels (visa, passport, work permit, travelling insurance, accommodation, flight, transportation, ....) of visitors and staffs and be responsible for payment process of those expenses
- Provide office supplements (employee card, stationary, parking card, uniform...)
1.3/ HSE representative
- Monitor the cleanness, tidiness, hygiene of office, safety of properties and people inside company, be responsible for payment of cleaner
- Attend required training from Department of Fire prevention/ Labour Department for related HSE work.
- Submit report/ meet Fire prevention dept for all HSE issues

- Education level: University (Prefer in Administration, HR or Social Study);
- Good English;
- Minimum 2-year experience in facilities/ office administrative;
- Good communication & Computer/ Microsoft office literacy;
- Good team-work, multiple-task and interpersonal skills;
