Become a Facility Manager at a foreign-invested company and earn $1,500/month!
Manage equipment systems for production & office equipment, ensuring periodic maintenance and optimal operation.
Ensure all equipment operates efficiently, especially generator, compressor, and industrial gas systems.
Establish parts, tools, and data management systems, including maintenance records and check sheets.
Oversee the transfer, installation, and operation of new equipment and technology, providing training to relevant departments.
Propose improvements and upgrades to equipment and facilities, with regular maintenance plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Calibrate and maintain safety systems (boilers, compressors, fire fighting) and ensure safety compliance.
Ensure labor safety regulations are followed and supervise their implementation across the company.
Supervise fire safety systems, including equipment maintenance and staff training on procedures.
Manage technical staff, assign tasks, and implement training to enhance skills.
Set strategies and objectives for the Technical Department to improve equipment efficiency.
Establish operational safety guidelines for equipment usage and train staff accordingly.
Collaborate with production to enhance equipment performance and productivity.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Director.
Requirement
Male, 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
5 years of experience in technical and equipment maintenance.
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
