Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility & Security Officer in AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe.
+ Working location: 6th floor, UST Tower, 639 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Thanh Khe, Da Nang
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
+ Report to: Manager
+ Main function:
1. Daily check & evaluate quality of nominated service provider to keep Mall always in smooth operation as Facility - Security - Cleaning - Customer Service - etc ...Coordinate with contracted service provider to check safety, solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipment and technical systems such as water leaking, broken roller shutter, blackout, etc (15%);
2. Coordinate with other nominated supplier to prepare document process as Proposal - Contract - payment...(10%);
Instruct operation procedures and regulations of shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors and follow their implementation (10%);
3. Regularly patrol around shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services providing to customers in good condition (10%);
Daily coordinate to tenant and service provider to solve any question/ request from tenant & make clear issue to avoid any confusion (10%);
4. Follow all fit out works, renovation, event setting up in shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any (10%);
5. Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from Management (10%);
6. Monthly calculation & check cost for tenant as Utilities - Security fee on time. Combine to Accounting team to double check to make sure correction before sending to tenant (10%);
7. Support other teams through smooth operation & some suddenly issue as Government inspection / Other require from HQ or Government (10%);
8. Other duties as assigned (5%).
