Factory Manager (Base in SEA)

Job Purpose:
Oversee all aspects ofmanufacturing operations from upstream to downstream processes.
Ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the factory, manage the overall areas of factory process, and lead a team of production workers
Responsibility
Ensure the budgeted net profits & revenue given by top-management are met
Control factory expenses (investment, factory supply, Over Head cost) within the budget
Oversee the areas of production process, screen production schedule to ensure Customer on-time shipment
Achieve customer Right First Time (RFT) target and Claim
Achieve Efficiency of production follow the budget
Maintain factory cost per minute follow the target
Maintain factory Manpower budget and Direct : Indirect ratio
Support factory to achieve Compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Support to achieve customer audits (such as quality audit, technical audit, Recycled Claim Standards, security audit,....)
Working with Customer and build Customer relationship
Manage and motivate the team and provide guidance, training, and development.
Qualification
Bachelor degree
At least 10 years of experience
Certification in Lean Management/6 Sigma is an advantage (Optional)
Good knowledge of garment manufacturing process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fluent in English
Good in computing skill (MS office)
