About the Role
We are seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer to investigate and resolve failures in PCBA and electronic products arising from manufacturing issues, customer feedback, and field returns.
You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, test, and engineering teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
• Investigate and debug failed PCBA and electronic products.
• Perform root cause analysis using methods such as 8D, 5 Why, 4M1E, and FTA.
• Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify failure mechanisms.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and process improvements.
• Support customer-related failure investigations and technical reporting.
• Develop FA procedures and support testing technicians with troubleshooting and data collection.
• Coordinate assigned failure analysis projects and maintain technical documentation.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Failure Analysis, Electronics Test, Manufacturing, Process, or Quality Engineering.
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing or Boxbuild assembly is preferred.
• Knowledge of SPI, Reflow, AOI, AXI, and electronic manufacturing processes.
• Experience with electronics debugging, schematic reading, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
• Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, 4M1E, or FTA.
• Good English communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have: Experience with reliability testing, IPC standards, third-party FA laboratories, or advanced failure analysis equipment.
• 2-3 years of experience in Failure Analysis, Electronics Test, Manufacturing, Process, or Quality Engineering.
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing or Boxbuild assembly is preferred.
