Failure Analysis Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make sure the machine is working follow First Pass Yield (FPY) monitoring.
Ownership for failure analysis of technical issues to find out the root cause & initiate related machine Improvement.
Suggest improvement in parameter of machine for manufacturability of products by involving in the Product concept phase where the parameter is still fluid and resolve all NPI issues before RU/Mass production.
REQUIREMENTS:
Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above
Experiences:
Problem-solving skills, Analytical skills.
Understanding of mechanical structures, materials science, and assembly processes.
Familiarity with mechanical measurement tools and equipment, such as OMM, CMM, and calipers.
Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies, such as Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Good English communication skills.
