FASHION DESIGN INTERN - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

ABOUT ILÉ SOSAN
Ilé Sosan is a growing British fashion brand creating transformable, multifaceted pieces designed to give you more than one way to wear them.
We're looking for a creative and ambitious recent Fashion Design graduate or final-year Fashion Design student to join us and help take our designs from ideas in our heads to real garments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll work directly with our Creative Director across the product development process, including:
Design & Concept Translation: Turn creative concepts into fashion illustrations, flat sketches, and inventive, multi-functional garment solutions.
Tech Pack Execution: Build international-standard tech packs including detailed flat drawings, size specifications, construction callouts, and trim instructions (via Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop).
Prototyping & Sampling: Assist in developing patterns, toiles, and prototypes; review and inspect physical samples for fit and construction accuracy.
Fabric & Technique Research: Source fabrics, finishes, and new construction techniques that elevate circular, modular designs.
Manufacturing & Supplier Liaison: Identify prospective suppliers, liaise directly with factories, and help solve technical production challenges.
Shoot & Content Execution:
Help plan and execute fashion shoots while supporting creative direction across campaigns, lookbooks, and brand content.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A recent Fashion Design graduate or final-year Fashion Design student
Confident with fashion illustration and/or flat sketches
Familiar with tech packs and garment construction
Proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented
Comfortable communicating in English
Based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
COMPENSATION
$250/month during a 4-month probation period
$400/month after successfully passing probation, conditional on performance and ability to work independently
15 hours per week- 3 days a week
