FGWH Operator (8)

Role Purpose To perform tasks ensuring accuracy of FG inventory in compliance with stipulated requirements such as SOP, SAP, accuracy, security...
To perform tasks to complete investigation for any customer complaints (internal & external)
To collaborate with others to report end month pending sales/ other tasks supporting to WH operation
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
[Focus on 4 - 6 main accountability areas with up to 4 activities for each]
Fully comply with all CPP's policies and regulations
Strictly follow CPP's regulations and standards
Strictly follow SOP of counting, consolidating FG inventory
Maintain 5S's guideline, housekeeping and industrial hygiene
Comply with Global anti-corruption and bribery policies
Fully understand customer requirements and Coats' KPIs
Well understand and commit to satisfy customers' requirements
Well understand targets, KPIs of Coats, department and individuals
Strictly follow instructions from direct supervisor
Implement and take responsibility for functional tasks
Can be able to responsibly and effectively implement the following main tasks in FGWH:
Properly Implement counting activities as schedule
Report counting results in compliance with stipulated requirements
Report and investigate inventory discrepancies
Daily monitor conditions of FG inventory (quantity, quality, 5S...)
Do ad-hoc cases to treat sales order changing as slitting/ cancelling/ returning ...
Report end month pending sales
Monitor and follow up on shift for special requirements from customers
Use and manage assigned facilities
Properly and effectively use and manage assigned facilities for implementing jobs such as reach trucks/ forklifts; elevators; PPE, computers, stationery...
Be responsible for security of Company's properties such as building, inventories, materials...
Be responsible to collaborate with maintenance department to maintain in good conditions
Continuous improvement
Be active in self-improving personal skills for better performance
Be active in reviewing SOPs, WIs for improvement opportunities
Initiative contribution to warehouse process
Education, Qualifications and Experience
Essential
Desirable
College degree
Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience at the same field
Honest, diligent, active, careful, high sense of responsibility
Knowledge of warehouse operation
Knowledge of computer
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Read & understand command in English.
