Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd is looking for the Engineering management engineers for O Mon 4 Thermal Power plant project.
The Field Engineer in Site Office Engineering Management Department supports site engineering management activities for a fast-track EPC combined cycle power plant project. This role coordinates multi-disciplinary engineering interfaces at site and assists integration among design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The position requires sound technical understanding and supports compliance with the Contract and applicable Vietnamese regulations and standards (TCVN/QCVN).
3. Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate site engineering activities across disciplines
- Monitor engineering deliverables and support compliance with the Contract and Vietnamese regulations
- Review drawings, specifications, calculations, and vendor documents
- Support construction and commissioning activities from an engineering perspective
- Handle RFIs/TQs and support technical issue resolution
- Coordinate with HQ, vendors, Owner/PMC, and consortium partners
- Support QA/QC and regulatory compliance activities
- Prepare engineering reports and follow up on status updates
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor s degree (Mechanical / Electrical / I&C / Civil / Structural / Architectural)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of engineering experience or experience in 2 or more EPC projects. Site experience in power plant is required
- Technical:
+ Understanding of power plant systems and engineering documents (e.g., Heat Balance Diagram, P&ID, Single Line Diagram, General Arrangement, Control Configuration, Piping Isometrics, Pile / Foundation Drawings, and Architectural / Structural Drawings)
+ Familiarity with Vietnamese codes (TCVN/QCVN), and local authority approval procedures
+ Understanding of Level 2 and Level 3 Schedule
- Skills
+ Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces
+ Good communication skills to work effectively with Construction, QC, HSE, Vendors, HQ, Owner/PMC teams
- Language: English fluency is required
- Experience at Vietnamese power plant EPC project sites
- Experience working with Vietnamese power plant owners or operators
