Field Service Engineer (Open to Candidates with 1-2 Years of Experience)

Qualifications for the role
Open to junior candidates or fresh graduates with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Candidates with a strong willingness to learn and develop their skills are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to support their professional growth.
You hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
You have experience in field service, commissioning, maintenance, technical support, or application engineering for industrial drives, motors, or automation systems.
You possess strong knowledge of variable speed drives, motor control systems, power electronics, and industrial automation applications.
You have hands-on experience conducting troubleshooting technical issues, gathering customer requirements, and developing practical technical solutions.
You are capable of preparing technical and commercial proposals and supporting service sales activities through consultative customer engagement.
You are customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working independently at customer sites, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English and are willing to travel frequently within Vietnam to support customer operations and project activities.
