Mô tả công việc
Job purpose:
• Managing the assigned projects (V-Cert, COP, OE technical support...)
• Implementing Tech common works like survey, field test, claim handling, training...
• Managing territory (Technical aspect), pre & after sales
• Support S&R (EPR), OE sale / LSCM activities
Key Responsibilities
1. V-Cert & Regulations
• 100% Governance/Compliance
• Keep on-plan applicable V-Cert/COP; secure in-time
• Saving, optimizing cost
• Update / deploy new Regulation timely and properly
• Manage and operate V-Cert system smoothly & effectively.
2. Commercial Fleet Approach
• Implement fleet approach following scheme to activate new fleets (TECH's scope)
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales to drive sales and chase goals (churn rate, new fleet
acquisition, fleet sale...)
• Contribute to enhance fleet approach activities: market profile, toolkit, process...
3. Common Works & Territory Management
• Implement Tech common works in territory in charge: survey, field / monitoring test, claim
handling, training...
• Market information updates: product / NPI, customer, competitor
• Provide efficient technical services for sale support.
4. Others & Department KPI
• Support S&R issue (EPR)
• OE technical support: plant audit, genba, claim handling, training...
• Support & implement TB Solution and advanced technology
• Support implementing consumer fleet approach (LUV)
• Other assignments from company / supervisors

Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor / engineer degree - automobile or technical field is preferred
• Experience: At least 3 years in automobile & tire industry (working in homologation is the advantage).
• Skills:
• Good technical background
• Logical with data
• Detail oriented (high accuracy with data)
• Analysis skill & problem solving
• Working independently, proactively and well teamwork
• Communication and interaction
• Proficient MS office
• Language: Fluently English
