Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Industry: Sheet Metal Machinery
Location: based in Vietnam, available for travel in APAC countries
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer locations.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• Must be a native Vietnamese, fluent English.
• Experience in CNC sheet metal machinery is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma or above in
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
