Description the main duties of the position:
The Inventory Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory valuation, inventory reconciliation, product costing, and pricing setup in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Gross Margin Management
Track actual Revenue, GM, %GM by category (weekly).
Consolidate Revenue/GM for the whole company (monthly).
Analyze Revenue & GM by multiple dimensions (channel, customer, SKU).
2. Cost Allocation & P&L Reporting
Allocate direct/indirect costs by Business sector and Sales channel and Location.
Build monthly P&L by sector/channel (contribution format).
Calculate Cost to Serve.
3. Performance Reporting & Dashboards
Maintain the Performance Dashboard (Delivery & Storage).
Build BI dashboards for key management metrics.
Track Average AR by customer and Average Inventory by item.
4. Other Adhoc & Management Reports
Handle ad-hoc requests and reports as required by management.
Support other tasks assigned by the CFO/Chief Acc

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, have a deep understanding of distribution operations, cost structures, cost drivers, inventory, and operational cost management on FMCG/Food industry
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
English proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate with foreign business partners
Accounting systems knowledge (SAP, Dynamic Navision)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) are required
Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, or other advanced data analytics/visualization tools are required.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive fixed salary.
Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day from Monday to Friday (lunch at the company).
Parking allowance: 400,000 VND/month.
13th-month salary bonus.
Year-end performance bonus: 1 - 2 months' salary (subject to the Company's business performance)
Full salary during 60-day probation period.
Full salary-based social insurance, accident insurance during probation, and Bảo Việt health insurance after signing the labor contract.
Annual leave: 17 - 19 days/year.
Annual salary review.
Employee engagement policies for NVD staff.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday to Friday), half-day on Saturdays.
