Mô tả công việc

Mô tả Công việc
1. Manufacturing Costing:
Record stock out of raw materials
Calculate cost price out of raw materials, finished product, sales revenue and costs
Calculate cost of goods sold
2. Analysis cost of goods sold
3. Reconciliation inventory between in-out-remaining report and Detail Ledger
4. Stock count observe & minutes
5. Fixed Asests, short - term and long - term prepaid expenses
6. Bookeepping, recording at allocated expense ledger
Recording and checking detail ledger of asests
Checking and reconciliation costs allocated and Detail ledger
7. General Ledger: checking and reviewing all general ledger
8. Deducted unreasonable, invalid expenses to control costs and accrual expenses.
9. Report:
The report of comparing raw materials used between actual and norm, budget
Statistic report: monthly, quarterly, 6 months, yearly
Declaration CIT (Corporate Incomes Tax) of quarterly
Declaration of WHT ( Withholding tax)
Settlement and finalize CIT declaration
Close accounting book and prepare financial statements
10. Prepare and analysis the variance of actual vs budget of sale, manufacturing cost, selling expenses, general & administration expenses.
11. Researching and analysing financial information relating to the company
12. Update Law and Tax, other tax relevant matters
13. Report upon request of higher level.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Age: From 29 years old
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher level in Finance, Accounting
Experience:
At least 2 year of experience in a relevant working experience in an accounting
Having good knowledge of taxes and experience working with tax authorities is a prefered
Experience in manufacturing company is plus
Soft skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc...
Good English communication skills.
Good at Microsoft Office ( Excel, Power Point)

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
